No Bake Pilgrim Cookies

If you’re looking for a fun Thanksgiving snack that your kids can whip up, you’ll definitely want to try these No-Bake Pilgrim Hat cookies.   They’re very similar to the Halloween Cookies that I made a few weeks ago.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Fudge Stripe Cookies

Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Icing (You can color your icing if you’d like.  I used Wilton Orange)

Thanksgiving Cookie Ingredients

Place a small amount of icing on the top of each peanut butter cup and attach it to the non-striped side of the Fudge Stripe Cookie.  Once it’s attached, simply pipe some icing around the edges of the peanut butter cup.  You can also draw a little buckle with your icing.

My kids made these.  They experimented with some of them and tried peanut butter instead of icing.  This would be a fun project to keep your kids busy while you’re cooking on Thanksgiving day!
